    welcome muzaffar..
no need to be shy.. we all are almost equal here..
with the h1n1 virus that have been spreading rapidly..
i think you should reconsider about the holiday especially if there were in ur family member that age below 6 and over 40..
but if u still going there.. please do remember to take a little bit more precaution and always have your hygiene level on the highest..

    to sis indah:
trauma is not something easy. u do need a lot of determination, strength and spirit to work it out beside support from the love ones..
i think you can start it out by sit at the drivers place and start the engine..
slowly after you are comfortable with that..you can progress by move the car (reverse and front).. each of the segment do sometime take a long time..
but insyaallah.. u can work it out..
but by the way..i think u better start it after u deliver you baby..
    hehehe

Ok.. Indah.. it is not phobia.. it is seem more toward traumatic experience..
How to overcome... it take times but you must start somewhere.. be bold.. try to drive few kilometers...if afraid to drive alone.. bring along a passenger.
Manjong.. your area is quite far from towm, not many heavy traffic.. you should be ok.. except some cases.. there a heavy lorries going in and out.. you need to be alert on that..
Insya Allah.. if you do it gradually.. you should be able to overcome it.

Having trauma to drive is not easy to settle it down. Driving, someone has to be alert at all the time. Many things can happen if you're not careful. Even for a normal person (driving everyday), accident can really happen, just like that. I don't mean to make you afraid Indah, but you must think carefully, relax your mind. At first, maybe you just can sit at the driver's seat, make your self comfortable. Do not do other things yet, just sit there, touch the steering, and etc. Then you can move to next step... I'm not sure what it is, but the first thing first... I believe, you can do it. flower

Psssttttt, I found an online dictionary today, definr.com. It really fast, give it a try guys. Wink

Huhu.. thanks friends... i just do not know why am i so not starting yet... perhaps.. i had always helping my husband park and reverse his car(our car..hehe..Smile) but still.. the courage to drive on the road is not there.. Why am i always think of negative things that might happened while driving... And every day i went to work.. i face lots of 'unwanted to think' thing.. such as... small rocks from lorry which can be dangerous, fast car drives.. big buses and lorry... and perhaps... manjung road is famous with accident as it is the main road for buses and lorry.

Deep down inside me, i believe that i can.. but to start, i can't...
The accident happened last year were between me and a bus('bas kilang')... it was at a roundabout in Bangi.. where i have to slowly following a 'bajak tanah' from behind.. entering the roundabout.. and suddenly came a fast bus hit me at the back of the car... and the car had been brought to the left side of the road..

Nothing happened to me.. but the situation where the bus is hitting the back of the car still clear in my mind... uhuu... Sad

Bajak tanah.. excavator.. or it is bulldozer.. need to get better description as both are different.
Understand your predicament.. but accident bound to happen anywhere... anytime.. so you need to be bold.. try not to think so much..
    Eventually it will go away.

Talking about accident, it may happen anywhere, anytime. There is one doa, good to practice it everyday. I've posted this doa in topic H1N1, anyone can practice it 3 times in the morning, and 3 times on the afternoon. Insyaallah, we'll kept safe at all the times.

This is the link to that doa.

    salam to everyone,

do you all know what I hate most about driving?
I really hate people who does not know how to give a signal...
is it to difficult to push a small button/knob?
or is it more towards bad attitude by most drivers in Malaysia?

Uhhh indah...when does the accident happened?
What is the model & colour of your car? is it kancil?
I think i've seen the scenario before...
is it the first roundabout which is just after the tol?
or is it the second roundabout nearby UKM junction?

I think most of those people forgotten to choose the correct package when they bought their cars. They've chosen the package where these is no signal. Maybe the signal is just an accessories, not really functioned as it supposed to be. Really pity to them, especially for those who drive expensive cars, they can afford to buy the cars, but not the signal. Razz

Yes it is.. Diabetes also known as Sweetwater diseases in US. I believe it is one of the things we may inherits from out parents. Why they ask you to consume sugar liquid... it is for them to measure how well your body can absorb the sugar contain.. from the urine test.. or even blood test taken later.. they can check and confirm on our body ability to absorb sugar.. your insulin efficiency.
I hope it is all turn out to be alright.. Insya Allah

    Salam,
Yeah... I agree with u bro. Umar, Allah is Great n it's a small world..
I've seen several accidents at section '4 tambahan' too.
To me, all accidents are due to our carelesness such as, do not give a signal or stop at a junction.

Indah... you seems staying in perak, but how come u involved with an accident in Bangi? Is Bangi yr hometown or is it during yr studies in UKM.
As for yr pregnancy test... I think it's good for ur baby & yr sake too.
Pls take a good care of yr health since it will effect the baby as well.. moreover, during this fasting month.

Today, we've started our fasting in month of Ramadhan. Alhamdulillah, today is Saturday, we are free from normal working hours, easier for everybody to face this first day, especially for those who just want to learn fasting. More times in guiding them.

29 more days to go, this is not a long time to wait. There are many things to do. I believe, the days will pass faster this time.

Alhamdulillah, so far in my working experience, I never have to work during hari raya. Normally, many companies will just shutdown their operations, for the whole week of hari raya. Easier for everyone to take this opportunity to spend times with their family. Sounds like you're working as DJ Muzafar, are you? Very Happy

I'm wondering how you're changing your mode Musca. How many modes do you have? Smile eheh...

hi musca01, what do you think my job is?
i leave it as a ridlle to all of you to guest it... Smile
actually, i'm not a DJ dheadz... and i think i'm not qualified for it at all...
i'm not a talkative kind of person & i do feel shy + nervous with audiences..

yesterday, we "berbuka pose" (can't find the correct word for english) in the office...
we, group of 12 pupils...used to cook rise by ouselves...
dishes are bought from pasar ramadhan nearby office area...
although it is a bit sad to "berbuka" without own family...but praise to Allah i'm not alone...

For yours acknowledgement... i've experienced "berbuka" in car many times previuosly...
I was travelling for work & sometimes back for home...
and there was no nearby stall to drop by....
well, these experienced are among the challenging task which i have to face...

Yes, thanks for the help Insyirah, 'break fast' or 'break the fast' is a word in English for "berbuka puasa".

You must be traveling far away from your workplace Muzafar. From the explanation, sounds like your using highway to get to your workplace. It's normal nowadays, peoples will find a living far away from town. There are many peoples, work in PJ and stay in Seremban. Maybe you're one of them. Very Happy
