Alhamdulillah.. Praise to Allah, finally I am able to be back here... Sincere apologies.. as I been too busy lately.. Most of March and April I was not around.. going outstations to recruits for students. So much so that at the end of April I was admitted into for 1 week for full observation... enlargement of heart... and extremely high blood pressure.. Alhamdulillah.. luckily no serious heart complication..
May until now.. New semester started.. have an influx of students registered with my very particular department.. and also my subjects. Never expected to have such a big crowd so I need to re do my lesson plans.. notes.. and few teaching documents.. only now a bit free.

Salam to all. Glad to see you here again Umaruddin. But... I hope, this "wish" will not bring any unintended message in this forum. Usually, when I wished "Glad to see....", that person will be "missing in action"... again.

New semester already started? I thought it will be in the middle of July. Hmm... maybe it just me who didn't realized all this thing. Yeah, it's been quite a long time since I left my study's thingy.

Anyway, I really like to see there is new post in this thread... again. I know you can't see me, but... I'm smiling right now.

I spotted a few spelling errors in your above post Insyirah, but that still okay. I understood what you tried to tell us. At first, I just want to ignore them, but then I feel like this is not good, not just for you, but for myself also. Therefore, allow me to correct them.

univercity should be spelled as university.
collage should be spelled as college.
Privet should be spelled as private.

Dheadz,the semester for public univercity (or collage - I guess) will start next week for new semeser but for those who are newbie (freshie) I think they are already started their classes.

Privet univercity/collage are not having same date for new semester, wallahua'lam.

Both are ok.. but very seldom I were addressed as Mr Umar... mostly Mr Umaruddin.. then again only on very special and formal occasion. Cikgu Zaki will do..
Yes.. you are right... my place the second semester commenced from 18th May until 28th August.. The students will sit for their final papers starting on 1st September. The next semester will start a week after Raya..
In fact next week is their mid semester break.. 1 week break for them but not for the academicians.. We need to prepare the final question papers.. with the marking schemes.. At the same time there will be a SIRIM audit for our ISO annual verification..
Yes.. we do also have July In takes.. a special program for those who missed the cut to enter Public Universities and colleges. A crash courses whereby they will sit in their final paper together with the earlier batches. Of course different subjects.. not the same subject offered to the earlier intakes.
Thanks for the doa'.. actually it not much to be alarmed.. just a precaution.. then again.. based on the doctor's explanation.. I am considered lucky to check and been admitted as it may lead to mild stroke or fatal heart attack.. Alhamdulillah all is under control now.. on medication.. and on strict diet and controlled lifestyles.

Yeah, you're right Umaruddin, by right we should have many more members by now. I've done a few ways to attract more peoples coming here, one of them is putting the website url as this forum url, in another forum. I'm really hoping, when peoples looking into my profile, they will come here eventually.

Actually, this forum is still okay, we have a few members just joined us, if not once a month, once a year is still considered good. At least, there is something new..., new thought from new peoples.

With this kind of forum, not many peoples really interested to join in. I mean, people nowadays like to join forum that offers warez, movies, MP3s and all those things for entertainment. That is normal.

I hope, other members will spread the word also. If everybody is committed, everything is possible. Yes, we can.

Dheadz... you do have a point.. It does not strike the interest of the yuppies and the youngsters.
Touching on that issue.. which group is out target, from there we can plan to build up their interest.. and Insya Allah create more traffics here.

I think this forum is for everybody, not really focus to a specific group. As we can see, we have a few members still below 21 years old, then we have a few more... ranging from 22 to 30, then 31 years and above. To summarize, I think this forum is for everybody.

Today is Tuesday, the third day of the week will be a few more hours from now. Times nowadays are really passing by so quickly. If normal peoples can live up to 60 years old, I'm already at the half of my journey. Hmm...

True.. but based on the last research average Malaysian Male Life expectancy is 74 and
on average every 5 year the expectancy increase by 1 year..
So for you.. you are considered young.. and for me.. crossed the midpoint..
