avar.. Sorry this is my personal obesrvation and opinion..
simple .... direct... clear.. realistic but not ambitious.. and seem to be realistic..
though you might everything at that point of time... but imagine if you can have additional wishes.. at least you can say that I wish that my additional wish to be given to my other friends.

More realistic and achieveable..

yup.. person-centered theory.

there have 3 basic element on this theory: (if im not mistaken)- i used REBT theory for my counseling session.

congruence
empathy
unconditional positive regard
